Tim Lopez is one of the shadiest people I have ever met. For 10 years I was insured with an fam and because of his mismanagement and negligence my insurance was dropped. It took weeks of phone calls and stress to sort through what Tim had had screwed up. Then he wasn’t even man enough to own up to his mistakes. So when I finally got everything cleaned up I canceled my insurance on principle. Am fam is a horrible institution for insurance and Tim Lopez is a sad example of a human. That is probably why he works there. I would call Allstate if you want good insurance.
